The Meopta Industrial Park is comprised of over 700,000 square feet of office and industrial building situated on approximately 1,400,000 square feet of land in Pøerov, Czech Repubic.

The park is serviced by the modern D-1 highway which is now 17 kilometers from Prerov and will be extended to Prerov in the Near future.This highway provides ready access to road networks leading to Prague, Vienna, Bratislava, Bucharest, Vienna, and other major European markets. Air service is provided at the Brno International Airport and the executive Airport at Ostrava as well as by the major airports at Prague and Vienna. The Prerov railway station, which provides excellent passenger and freight service is located approximately 5 kilometers from the Park.

The international airport at Brno is 55 minutes from the Meotpa Industrial Park and the Prerov railway station, which has excellent rail and freight service, is approximately 5 kilometers from the Park.

Electricity, water, sewer, steam and gas, from municipal suppliers, are already connected to the Park and are available in sufficient loads and capacities for all industrial uses.
